    Levi, is there any chance Dorian will make it into the gulf of mexico?

      That’s such a long way out you can’t expect certainty on that point. My current long-range feeling is that unless Dorian weakens and slips west, the Gulf of Mexico is a rather unlikely destination. If he strengthens, a recurve into or east of the eastern seaboard seems most likely, but this is a very long-range frought with uncertainty.

    You said before that what the A/B high does in July is a good indicator of what it will do in August and September. If that’s the case then the models would continue to weaken the troughs over the CONUS.
    Looks like I picked a bad time to come back from Thailand….
