Great report. Consistently. I have started picking up (and sharing) your analysis whenever Hurricanes threaten south Florida (Treasure Coast). Each time it always feels like I have stumbled onto a little hidden treasure. One that won’t be available for that much longer. And the lyrics of Billy Joel’s Piano Man play in the back of my head, “Man, what are you doing here?” I am sure you must be already, but hope you are getting offers from big fish. Wish you all the success that your hard work deserves. Great job. Keep it up.
