Is SAL going to continue for hurricane season?
Your analysis is always clear and concise. I always tell my friends that if they want to understand why storms act like they do, then they need to come here. Very much appreciated!
When anything starts heading this way, I look for your updates. You’ve come so far since I first ‘met’ you in high school on WU! You’re going to be one of the best!

Thanks again Levi. Always appreciate your concise, just-the-facts approach, without all the media bluster hype. Cheers then to another Atlantic/GOM tropical season of surf.
Nice Job and congrats on the new Job. Love the presentation and technical detail. I continue to provide positive recommendations to others who are new to our area LA (Lower Alabama) so hopefully you will get some new followers. Just updated my profile in your system. On a personal note, when do you think you will get the opportunity to fly into a storm and will you be allowed to make postings? That would be a fantastic posting outside the box
By the way I have done work in Tallahassee hospitals when working with GE. I would ride the bike path on Woodville Highway down to St. Marks. Nice way to work of stress of the day
The latest GOES Sat loop, RAMMB/ CIRA Slider makes it quite plain, our friend in the Gulf of Mexico has developed legs. Nice outflow aloft, a developing CDO, inflow from the west in the SW Quadrant. Recon scheduled to go in that area this afternoon. Any bets on it being labeled at least a Depression today?… if not Hanna.

Actual storms being created around the low.
Without them you don’t have organization and a system that doesn’t strengthen.
