    Levi,
Thank you for all your hard work , you and your site have kept me updated throughout each season with great information.
This looks like it will end up in cedar key , when hermine went through there as a borderline cat 1 it brought eight feet of water throughout the area , just southeast in crystal river 6-7 feet of water , this storm seems to have all the ingredients to wreak some havoc .
Very concerned about this one for that area .
Hopefully it will move through fast

I agree, you have been very accurate, and not bias, like the media… thank you for showing facts with possibilities.. they try to error with caution, but sadly people panic, and they make billions of dollars promting negative fear, without keeping people focused as you are doing!
    THANK YOU!

Idalia seems like it will continue the destructive “I” named storm this year! Hopefully those unfortunate enough to be caught in the storm find proper shelter…

It looks like the latest NOAA forecast has Idalia making landfall as a Major Hurricane. If true, Levi did an amazing job highlighting the large tail risk of this storm and its potential to grow in strength rapidly with the right conditions. I feel a lot smarter every time I visit here!

Thank you, again, for your insightful, knowledgeable, and helpful videos. They keep us informed and give us what we need to know to prepare well. We are thankful for the dramaless way you impart the information. You give all of the background on why you believe what you say, and that is a huge key as to why we keep coming back.

  • Thank you so much for these science-filled reports! They are so valuable and so appreciated!

    Awaiting an update,
    Suz
