    Levi I’ve been hearing in the last hour that 90 L maybe trying to developa llc to the north of what the Euro was showing. Is it possible this could head more towards the Central Gulf?

    Invest 90l is on tropical storm mode . at 1110 pm invest 90l is tropical storm franklin and i expected it to be hurricane after it hits the pensulina sooo heads up
