    This storm reminds me of Cindy in 2005. Originally classified as Tropical Storm Cindy at the time of landfall, but later in post analysis upgraded to a category 1 hurricane. Cindy had that same comma shape as Cristobal has now before landfall. However, Cindy balled up at landfall and strengthened. I remember it well because I had damage I was not expecting.
